Comedian Paul Vásquez faces boos in Coquimbo

Comedian Paul Vásquez, known as ‘El Flaco’, faced significant booing during a performance at the Pampilla de Coquimbo on September 18. The audience directed chants and jeers toward José Antonio Kast, interrupting the routine.

During the live broadcast on Mega, hosts had to intervene twice to mediate the tension. Vásquez defended his comedic approach, stating he aims to provide ‘white, transversal humor for the whole family’ rather than catering to a specific political sector. Despite the interruptions and a tense atmosphere, the show continued.
