Xuân Hinh denies social media rumors of stroke

Vietnamese comedian Xuân Hinh has addressed false rumors circulating on social media claiming he had suffered a stroke. To debunk the misinformation, the artist shared a video featuring a humorous conversation with artist Thanh Thanh Hiền, where he explicitly stated, “I am very healthy, but the internet is claiming I had a stroke.”

In a lighthearted response, Xuân Hinh used poetry to dismiss the rumors, writing: “Good news travels far / Who knew bad news would spread for three days / A little news sent to all directions / That Hinh is still perfectly healthy, that is all.”

Following the clarification, the artist was seen in good spirits, visiting the Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám to offer incense. This incident is not the first time the veteran performer has faced health-related misinformation online, which he typically handles with wit and humor rather than direct confrontation.
