Comedy film “Amigas Sem Filtro” to release in Brazil in August

The comedy film “Amigas Sem Filtro” (Spa Weekend), directed by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore—the creators of “The Hangover”—is scheduled for release in Brazilian cinemas on August 20, 2026. Distributed by Diamond Films, the movie will be available in both dubbed and subtitled versions.

The plot follows a group of friends including Jane (Leslie Mann), Coco (Michelle Buteau), and Sophie (Anna Faris) who plan a relaxing spa weekend. The peaceful trip is disrupted by the unexpected arrival of Mel (Isla Fisher), leading to a series of chaotic events.
