Cometex invests over 9 million euros in Pantelimon Retail Park

Cometex, a leading retail park developer in Romania, has inaugurated the Pantelimon Retail Park following an investment exceeding 9 million euros. The project features 5,800 square meters of commercial space and marks the company's first retail park development in Ilfov County.

As the 19th project in Cometex's national network, the park is part of a strategy to expand into high-potential residential and commercial areas. The tenant mix includes brands such as Altex, BIPA, dm, Froo, Pepco, Sinsay, and TEDi. The facility opened to the public on October 8, following an official inauguration on October 7.

Located on Biruinței Street, the park includes 144 parking spaces and incorporates energy efficiency solutions. Adrian Urdă, General Director of Cometex, stated that the expansion aims to meet the growing needs of communities surrounding Bucharest by providing modern shopping experiences and access to well-known brands close to residential hubs.
