Comfort Erhabor joins Crystal Palace Women on two-year deal

Nigerian national team goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor has signed a two-year contract with Crystal Palace Women. The 21-year-old joins the London-based club on a free transfer following her departure from Portsmouth.

Erhabor, who was born in the Netherlands and raised in England, developed through the Brighton & Hove Albion academy and previously gained senior experience through loan spells at Hibernian and Plymouth Argyle. She made her debut for the Super Falcons in February during a friendly against Cameroon and has been named in Nigeria's squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Crystal Palace manager Jo Potter described Erhabor as a ‘promising young goalkeeper’ that the club is ‘thrilled to have.’ The signing follows Crystal Palace’s promotion to the Women’s Super League after finishing second in WSL 2 last season.
