Commercial developments announced in Buenos Aires and Poznan

The Government of the City of Buenos Aires has approved the reconversion of a commercial complex in Villa Urquiza. Located on Roosevelt Avenue, the site covers 17,184.18 square meters. The project seeks to adapt the existing facility to current urban planning codes by reducing its declared commercial surface area. The complex will function as a shopping center with a supermarket as the primary commercial use, supplemented by retail stores, gastronomy sectors, food production areas, and a vehicle wash.

In Europe, EGD Logistics has inaugurated a new 17,000 square meter logistics hub in Poznan, Poland. Positioned as a connection point between Central Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Nordic countries, the facility is designed for assembly operations and B2B and B2C services, specifically targeting large-scale distributors and retail operators. The expansion is part of a strategic growth plan by EGD Logistics and Grupo Corporativo Caliche to increase their presence in the European market.
