Commercial shifts and construction reported in Waltrop and Kamen

Local commercial developments and infrastructure works are underway in the German towns of Waltrop and Kamen.

In Waltrop, a former kiosk located at Hochstraße 47 has been converted into a real estate office by Birgit and John Aravantinos. This change marks a new use for the previously occupied retail space.

In Kamen, Willy-Brandt-Platz is experiencing both vacancy and construction. A retail unit that was previously used by daycare providers is now vacant. Simultaneously, construction work is being conducted at the square to address gas connections for the fashion retailer Takko, though the project faces challenging planning conditions.
