Commonwealth Bank of Australia reports growth across core domestic products

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) continues to demonstrate strong operational performance, reporting growth in all five of its core domestic product categories, including home and business lending. The bank, which holds a market capitalization of approximately $254 billion, recently posted increases in both cash and statutory NPAT.

Investors frequently look to CBA for regular passive income through its history of fully-franked dividends. Following its FY26 results announcement, the bank declared a $2.70-per-share final dividend and a full-year dividend of $5.05. While the share price has experienced volatility due to inflation and interest rate concerns, it remains a central component of the Australian financial sector's oligopoly.
