The Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) convened a nationwide conference in Hanoi on October 16 to study and implement resolutions from the 14th Central Committee’s fourth plenum. Party General Secretary and President To Lam attended the event, which was broadcast to over 2.7 million delegates and participants via online venues and digital platforms.

The conference focused on three primary resolutions: strengthening the building and rectification of a clean and strong political system, renewing the Party’s leadership and ruling methods, and developing high-quality personnel at all levels, particularly at the strategic level, to meet the demands of a new era.
