Community Art Workshops Announced in Warsaw and Dublin

The Fundacja Centrum Praw Kobiet will host a 1.5‑hour art‑therapy walk titled “Moja natura” on 12 August 2026 in Warsaw. The event takes place at Pl. Na Rozdrożu, near the entrance to Park Ujazdowski, and costs 35 zł. Participants will engage in mindful listening to nature, sensory observation and simple creative exercises that require no artistic skill.

ABC EduLibrary in Ireland is launching a series of open painting meetings beginning 4 August 2026. Held every Tuesday from 17:00 to 19:00, the sessions welcome people of all ages and abilities. Fees range from €10 for those bringing their own materials to €15‑20 for participants using supplies provided by the library. An artist will be on hand to offer guidance, and the venue offers free parking.

Both initiatives aim to provide relaxed, creative spaces for community members to explore art and reduce stress.
