Community celebrations held at SeneCura Purkersdorf and Weiherhammer

Residents of the SeneCura social center in Purkersdorf celebrated a harvest festival featuring blessed bread, seasonal delicacies, and musical accompaniment by Günther Haschner. The event, attended by residents, relatives, and staff, included a blessing of homemade bread by Pastor Kamieniecki.

In Weiherhammer, parish seniors gathered at the parish hall for a Kirwa celebration following the summer break. The event included music, singing, and traditional foods such as church fair cake, Kiachln, and sour sausages. The gathering featured dialect readings by Christa Sternkopf and emphasized the importance of social contact for the elderly.
