Community charity initiatives raise funds for social welfare

Various community initiatives are utilizing raffles and lottery numbers to fund social welfare programs. In Écija, Spain, the Asociación Luz y Vida Écija has launched a campaign tied to the 2026 Christmas Lottery. The proceeds from the designated number 47.878 are intended to support the 'VALE ROSITA' Chronic Unit at the Hogares Luz y Vida association in Bogotá, Colombia, which provides medical care to children and individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities.

In Luarca, Spain, Cáritas Luarca successfully held a raffle for a signed Lamine Yamal jersey to support local social action programs. The initiative, facilitated by Dr. Óscar Luis Celada, aimed to raise funds for food assistance and support for vulnerable families within the region. The raffle reached full capacity, with all numbers sold.
