Community choral music events announced in the Netherlands
Several community choral events are scheduled in the Netherlands. Zeemanskoor Schip Ahoy, a group of over 60 members led by conductor Monique Jansen, will begin the third season of Muziekcafé ZK on Sunday, September 6. The event will take place at 13:30 in the Zandse kerk in Huissen, with an entry fee of 5 euros.
In Emst, the Zang en Vriendschap association is launching a Christmas project choir starting Thursday, September 10, at Dorpshuis de Hezebrink. Led by conductor Marten van der Worp, the choir will rehearse from 19:00 to 19:45. Participation costs 50 euros, and the group aims to perform at the Grote Kerk in Epe on Sunday, December 13.
