Community cultural and mental health events held in Sándorfalva and Topolya

In Sándorfalva, Hungary, the Senior Club concluded its ‘Seniors Week’ with a presentation focused on mental agility and adapting to a changing world. Psychologist Judit Adamovits led the session, discussing how seniors can maintain autonomy, control, and cognitive health through conscious attention and openness to new challenges.

In Topolya, Serbia, the Erzsébet Juhász Library hosted a book launch as part of its October mental health series. The event featured Mónika Csík’s haiku collection, ‘Szél viszi táncba’, which captures fleeting moments and the landscapes of Vojvodina. The presentation included a discussion on the nature of haiku poetry and showcased watercolor illustrations by Erika Janovics.
