Community culture and wellness initiatives launch in Catalonia

Various cultural and community initiatives are launching in Catalonia. The CAP Igualada Nord, part of the Consorci Sanitari de l’Anoia, is introducing ‘Habitar l’escena’, a free theatre and self-knowledge workshop. Held at the Centre Cívic de Fàtima on September 15 and 22, the program aims to promote emotional well-being and personal growth through artistic expression and group dynamics.

Additionally, the Esbart Dansaire Sícoris of Lleida is kicking off the 2026 Popular Culture Cycle at the Ateneus de Catalunya. Organized with the Federació d’Ateneus de Catalunya, the cycle features 18 performances across 16 ateneus from September to December. The opening event, ‘Ball a plaça’, focuses on recovering traditional popular ballads and sounds.
