Community events and digital skills programs announced in Leeds

Various community initiatives and events are scheduled across the Leeds area. In West Leeds, Barca Leeds is hosting weekly drop-in sessions and workshops through its Click & Connect digital inclusion service. These sessions, held every Friday from 10am to 12pm at Manor House in Bramley, aim to help residents aged 16 and over improve their digital literacy, navigate online services like banking and healthcare, and increase online safety.

In South Leeds, several local activities are planned for the week of October 31 to November 6, 2026. These include councillor advice surgeries at Hunslet and Dewsbury Road community hubs, Halloween celebrations at Middleton Railway and St Luke’s Church, and a performance titled ‘Stuffed’ by Ugly Bucket at Slung Low’s Warehouse. Other scheduled activities include a guided walk in Middleton Park, roller skating at Cockburn School, and an ice hockey match featuring the Leeds Knights.
