Community events scheduled for September 13 in Monza and Germignaga

Several community events are scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2026, in Italy, focusing on health and local culture.

In Monza Park, the organization Brianza per il Cuore ODV ETS will host the ‘Camminata del Cuore’. This seven-kilometer walk is paired with cardiovascular health initiatives. Participants can access free screenings at Cascina San Fedele, including tests for cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, BMI, and electrocardiograms. The event also features demonstrations on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of defibrillators.

In Germignaga, the Pro Loco di Germignaga is organizing the tenth edition of ‘La Stracamagnada’. This eight-kilometer cultural and gastronomic walk travels through woods and landscapes between Germignaga and Brezzo di Bedero, offering views of Lake Maggiore. The route includes various food stops featuring local cheeses, meats, and traditional military-style rations, alongside visits to historical sites such as the Cadorna Line fortifications.
