Community events scheduled in Sano and Toyonaka

Various community events are scheduled to take place in Japan.

In Sano, the 10th ‘Daisuki Wan-Nyan Marche’ will be held at Mikamo Yama Park East Exit Plaza on November 1, 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00. This event supports rescue dog and cat volunteers through pet adoption sessions, merchandise sales, workshops, and food vendors. Proceeds and donations will be directed to volunteer organizations. In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to November 18.

In Toyonaka, the ‘Minna de Marche’ is set for October 25, 2026, at Kitamachi Lab in Shin-Senri Kitamachi. Running from 11:00 to 16:00, the free event features local creators, handmade goods, and workshops. Activities include book introductions, historical learning about Senri New Town, and a disaster prevention quiz. Food trucks will also be present.
