Community family runs held in Puerto Montt and Copiapó

Various community sporting events were held in Chile to promote health, inclusion, and solidarity.

In Puerto Montt, Colegio Los Alerces organized its eighth annual Family Run in the Alerce Norte neighborhood. The event included a Zumba fitness warm-up session and various racing categories ranging from 500 to 3,000 meters for students and local residents. Participants received diplomas upon completion, and the event was supported by Carabineros de Chile for traffic control.

In Copiapó, the Coanil Foundation organized the Coanil 2026 Run at Kaukari Park. Hosted by the Los Conejitos Special School, the inclusive event aimed to raise funds for the foundation through a collection drive. The day featured a Zumbatón and focused on community engagement and healthy lifestyles within public spaces.
