Community harvest festivals scheduled across Denmark

Various community harvest festivals are scheduled to take place in Denmark in September 2026.

On Saturday, September 12, Sindal Biogas will host a harvest festival featuring sea tractor pulling competitions. The event includes a trunk market, local food stalls, vintage tractors, and various activities for children such as a hay maze and a rodeo bull. Admission is free, and proceeds from food and drink sales will support local associations.

On Sunday, September 13, Vikingemuseet Ladby will hold ‘Fjordens Dag 2026’. The program includes Viking-themed activities such as tasting freshly baked flatbread from a fire, scythe mowing demonstrations, and exploring the Ladby King's courtyard. Other attractions include a treasure hunt for children, honey tasting with the East Funen Beekeepers Association, and maritime garden displays from Kerteminde Maritime Haver.
