Puebla social programs deliver food aid to Totimehuacán families

The Sistema Estatal DIF of Puebla, in coordination with the Secretariat of Sport and Youth, conducted the ‘Jornada por Amor a las Familias’ in the San Francisco Totimehuacán auxiliary board. The initiative aims to bring social support and programs to vulnerable families in the region.

As part of the Food Assistance Program for People in Vulnerable Situations, basic food baskets containing items such as rice, vegetable oil, beans, and oats were distributed to community members. Gaby Sánchez, head of the Secretariat of Sport and Youth, emphasized that these supports are essential for ensuring children and youth have the necessary nutrition to grow, learn, and develop their full potential.

Representatives from the SEDIF, including Director General Carlos Ochoa Rodríguez, participated in the event to reinforce the commitment of Governor Alejandro Armenta Mier and the SEDIF presidency to the well-being of Puebla families.
