Participants meet at the San Francisco health centre each Wednesday morning, combine warm‑up exercises with a communal healthy breakfast, and use the activity to promote lasting fitness habits.

In Buenos Aires, Argentina, the LALCEC organization announced a series of free tobacco‑cessation workshops for August. Pulmonologist Natalia Álvarez highlighted the rise of vaping among adolescents and described nicotine‑replacement therapies such as patches and gums as evidence‑based aids. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 20:15 at LALCEC's headquarters and require prior registration.
