Community Homestay Network invites Australian advisors to Nepal
The Nepal-based Community Homestay Network (CHN) is inviting Australian travel advisors to apply for a familiarization trip to the Upper Mustang region. Scheduled for December 5–16, 2026, the trip aims to introduce advisors to the remote Himalayan area, featuring ancient trade routes, Bon traditions, and the medieval city of Lo Manthang.
CHN founder Shiva Dhakal stated that the initiative seeks to expand travel agent sales in Australia, noting that the market is well-suited for immersive tourism and that improved air connectivity has made Nepal more accessible. While CHN will cover ground arrangements, participating advisors are responsible for their own flights.
In addition to the famil trip, CHN has introduced its first fixed departure itineraries. Eight multi-day trips are available for guaranteed departure starting September 6, 2026, with over 100 departures bookable through December 2027.
