Community initiatives announced in Kalisz Pomorskie and Kalisz

A social economy conference titled ‘Social Economy – A Partnership That Pays Off’ is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at the School Complex in Kalisz Pomorskie. Organized by the Mosty Perspektyw Cooperative and the School Complex, the event aims to foster cooperation between local governments, NGOs, and public institutions to improve local services and job creation.

Discussions will focus on long-term cooperation programs, social clauses in public procurement, and the development of Social Integration Centers. The event will also include a jubilee honoring Wiesław Piotrowski for his 40 years of social and educational activity.

In Kalisz, the Wojciech Bogusławski Theatre has launched the ‘Theatre Without Secrets’ project, offering free four-hour workshops for various school age groups. The initiative seeks to build long-term educational relationships between schools and the theatre, allowing students to explore emotions and acting through movement and improvisation.
