Community initiatives held in Aden and Taiz to support women and youth

In Aden, a dialogue session was held in the Sheikh Othman district to discuss the challenges facing female heads of households. Supported by the European Union and Oxfam, and in partnership with the Social Coexistence Foundation, the session focused on empowering women, addressing employment difficulties, social discrimination, and the lack of marketing outlets for their products.

In Taiz, the Emergency Committee of the Youth and Sports Office concluded a two-day civil defense training course. The program involved 60 young men and women from scout groups and volunteer organizations, aiming to enhance awareness of safety procedures, emergency response, and risk prevention skills.
