Community initiatives provide aid to vulnerable populations in Brazil
Various community support initiatives have been launched in Brazil to assist vulnerable populations. In Votuporanga, Cajuella Móveis donated a significant amount of food to the Santa Casa de Votuporanga. These supplies are being directed to the institution's Nutrition and Dietetics Service to provide meals for hospitalized patients and their companions, many of whom rely on the Unified Health System (SUS).
In Capivari, the 'Varal do Amor' initiative, organized by the Capivari Social Fund and the Secretariat of Social Development, provided aid to over 200 families in the Engenho Velho neighborhood. The action distributed clothing, footwear, blankets, hygiene kits, and pet food collected during a recent winter clothing campaign. The event also included health services such as blood pressure monitoring and glucose testing.
