Community initiatives support autism services in Italy and school construction in Kenya
Various community support initiatives have been launched involving Italian banking institutions. In Novara, Banco BPM, in collaboration with Fondazione San Gaudenzio, organized a volunteer day for the Agorà 3.0 Project. This initiative supports young people with autism by providing spaces for a daycare, nursery, and educational center. Volunteers participated in painting and organizing parish spaces at the San Giuseppe Parish.
In Kenya, a project supported by Banca CRS and the Parish of S. Andrea di Savigliano saw young volunteers travel to the village of Matiri. The group worked alongside the local community for two weeks to assist in the construction of a school, aiming to improve access to education for local children.
