Community meal menus released for seniors and school districts

Jefferson County Senior Dining has released its meal schedule for the week of October 5 to October 9. The menu includes options such as barbecued pulled chicken, beef and lamb gyros, Philly cheesesteak casserole, and macaroni and cheese. Meals are provided by Atlantis Valley Foods at the Lake Mills Club 55 Senior Center, located at 603 East Lake Street. Seniors aged 60 or older must reserve meals by 10 a.m. two days in advance.

Separately, the Liberty Central School District has published its lunch menus for October 2026. The menu features various items including baked fish nuggets, Korean beef with seasoned brown rice, whole-grain pizzas, and Hawaiian pork. The district provides daily salad bars and milk options.
