Community obstacle runs held in Lubin and Miejska Górka

Various community sports events featuring obstacle courses have taken place in the Lubin and Miejska Górka regions of Poland.

In Lubin, the “Bieg z Jajem” (Run with an Egg) integration race was organized by the “Rugbiści” group, led by Tomasz Nimczyk, president of Klub Rugby Miedziowi Lubin. The event utilized rugby balls as unique props to promote outdoor activity and community bonding. Categories included a Family Run and separate races for men and women involving obstacle courses.

In Miejska Górka, the debut of the Runaway Drogbruk Junior event saw approximately 500 children participate in obstacle runs at the Municipal Stadium. The competition featured age-specific categories ranging from toddlers to 13-year-olds. Participants received medals presented by local officials, including Mayor Karol Skrzypczak, and the event concluded with a foam party.
