Spain implements diverse regional cultural and educational programs

Various Spanish regions are launching diverse cultural, educational, and sporting initiatives for the upcoming season.

In education and technology, the Community of Madrid has trained over 10,000 residents in Artificial Intelligence through a partnership with Microsoft. Additionally, the region is expanding the ROBIC program, which uses social robotics and AI to support students with special educational needs. In Castilla y León, the regional government is offering 128 free digital competency courses. Meanwhile, the Generalitat Valenciana is investing over 21 million euros to reinforce mathematical and reading skills across 492 educational centers.

Cultural programming is also widespread. Almansa will host television recordings at the Teatro Regio, while Jaén has announced a concert lineup for the San Lucas Fair. Tui is dedicating September to celebrating its Jewish heritage through various historical activities. In Zamora, a wide array of exhibitions and performances are scheduled, and the SARC In Itinere program will bring free theater to several municipalities in Valencia.

In the sporting sector, Jerez is hosting major equestrian events, including the VII World Working Equitation Championship. Seville is preparing for a busy autumn featuring the Media Maratón and the return of a stage of La Vuelta.
