Community of Madrid promotes startup growth and digital innovation
The Community of Madrid is promoting regional participation in the third edition of the Top101 Spain Up Nation awards. Organized by the Spanish Association of Regional Development Agencies (Foro ADR) and the National Innovation Company (ENISA), the awards target innovative companies established within the last five to seven years that demonstrate growth potential and social impact. Applications are open until September 11, with an awards ceremony scheduled for November 18 in Logroño.
In parallel, the Digitaliza Madrid Innovation Center has reported significant activity since its opening. Over the past 20 months, the center has hosted more than 760 technological events, attracting over 18,200 participants. These activities include workshops on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and hackathons. In the first half of this year alone, 5,500 users participated in 161 events focused on digital transformation and public service innovation, including the launch of a Health Cybersecurity Demonstrator Center.
