Community of Madrid reports improvements in healthcare and education

The Community of Madrid has reported significant improvements in both public healthcare satisfaction and educational outcomes.

In primary healthcare, user satisfaction has reached a historical high of 86.3%, a seven-point increase from 2022. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) rose to 66 points, reflecting improved service quality. Users specifically praised the kindness of nursing and family medicine professionals, the clarity of information, and the time dedicated to consultations. Satisfaction was highest among citizens over the age of 69.

In the education sector, the Multi-annual Educational Inspection Plan indicates improved academic results and better coexistence within schools and institutes. Approximately 97% of supervised centers increased bilingualism, excellence, and innovation programs. Additionally, 92% of centers implemented initiatives to strengthen coexistence, and 93% took actions to improve academic scores. The report also noted that over 50% of school directors exercising their first term achieved an excellent performance level.
