Community running events scheduled in Benevento and Treviso

Two distinct running events are scheduled to take place in Italy. In Benevento, the second edition of the ‘Corsa Santa Maria di Costantinopoli – Trofeo Don Pompilio’ will be held on Saturday, October 24. The 10 km race follows a 3.3 km circuit through Viale Principe di Napoli, Piazza Bissolati, and Via Grimoaldo Re. Local authorities have issued traffic ordinances, including parking bans and road closures, to accommodate the event.

In Treviso, the ‘Walk in Red’ event is set for November 22. Organized by Trevisatletica in collaboration with the Centro Antiviolenza Telefono Rosa ODV, the run features 3 km and 7 km routes between Parco del Sant’Artemio and Bosco della Storga. The initiative aims to raise awareness and combat violence against women, coinciding with the period surrounding the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
