Community services and cultural initiatives resume in Italy
In Acqui Terme, the Mons. Galliano fraternity refectory is set to reopen on November 2 following a long hiatus caused by the pandemic. The initiative, a collaborative effort between the Municipality of Acqui Terme's Social Policy Office and A.S.C.A., aims to restore a space for social interaction and communal dining for approximately twenty people in need. While meal distribution continued via home delivery and takeout during the closure, the reopening seeks to recover the convivial dimension of the service. The project will run on a twelve-month experimental basis with financial support from the municipality and A.S.C.A.
In the cultural sector, the 'Officine Teatrabili' festival continues its circuit, which was awarded the 2026 Accessibility Grant by the Ministry of Culture. The festival connects various venues, including the Teatro Moriconi in Jesi, the Teatro Comunale in Montecarotto, the Teatro Misa in Arcevia, and Spazio Diamante in Rome. The current program features 'Canto d’amore alla follia' by the Compagnia Animali Celesti, performed at the Teatro Moriconi.
