Community events and youth activities scheduled across Romania

Various community-focused events and educational activities are scheduled across several Romanian cities.

In Târgu Jiu, the Municipal Stadium ‘Constantina Diță’ will host a day of educational workshops, creative activities, and sports demonstrations organized by the EcoCurcubeu Association. The event features participation from emergency services, including firefighters and the Red Cross, to teach children about safety and first aid. Olympic marathon champion Constantina Diță is set to attend as an ambassador.

In Timișoara, ACS Warriors Timișoara is organizing a rugby-centric day at the ‘Gheorghe Rășcanu’ Stadium. The program includes a Romanian Cup match between SCM USV Timișoara and CSM Baia Mare, alongside regional mini-rugby tournaments for various age groups.

Other local initiatives include a community sports day in the Craiovița Nouă neighborhood of Craiova, featuring chess, football, and basketball, and a nature-focused beekeeping workshop at Grădinescu GreenFeel in Timișoara as part of the ‘Be_e’ artistic project.
