Community summer holiday events held in Bergisch Gladbach and Pfinztal

Various community events are being held across Germany to mark the end of the summer holidays.

In Bergisch Gladbach, the Heidkamper Spielefest is scheduled for August 29, 2026. Organized by the Runder Tisch Heidkamp, the event offers children aged 5 to 12 a variety of free activities, including a Bobbycar course, goal shooting, and a children's rights memory game. To ensure accessibility for all families regardless of financial status, all games, food, and drinks are provided free of charge.

In Pfinztal, local holiday programs have featured diverse activities for children and youth, such as upcycling workshops, LEGO building days, sewing courses, and nature-based excursions like scavenger hunts and pony encounters.
