Community summer programs and cultural gatherings held in Lubin and Lutynia Dolna

In Lubin, Poland, the Regionalne Centrum Sportowe is conducting its ‘Akcja Lato’ summer program. Recent activities included volleyball sessions for children held at the KEN hall in collaboration with Wataha Lubin. The program continues through August 27, with upcoming scheduled events including handball training, swimming lessons at the Centrum Pool, air rifle shooting, rollerblading, and climbing. The summer series will conclude with an inflatable festival on August 27.

In Lutynia Dolna, the local branch of the Polish Cultural and Educational Union (MK PZKO) held a multi-generational summer integration meeting at the Lutena restaurant. The event brought together residents ranging from ages three to eighty to celebrate Polish culture and community ties.

During the gathering, representatives of the Coexistentia Political Movement discussed upcoming municipal elections. The movement emphasized its commitment to protecting resident and environmental interests, developing local infrastructure, and ensuring transparent financial management. They also highlighted goals such as supporting both Czech and Polish educational institutions and fostering cross-border cooperation with Poland.
