Community tributes honor journalists and local leaders

In Portugal, Isabel, a former city councilor in Ponta do Sol and member of the PPD/PSD, has passed away. She is remembered for her civic engagement and dedication to local issues, working closely with community associations and religious institutions to address the needs of her neighbors without seeking personal protagonism.
