Community wellness and health initiatives launched in Montalto and Ceresole d’Alba

Various community wellness and educational initiatives are taking place in Italy. In Montalto, the organization ‘Naturalmente Bella’ is hosting an event titled ‘Insieme per la bellezza, insieme per la ricerca’ on October 23. The event focuses on self-care through skincare and facial yoga, with all participation fees being donated to AIRC Calabria to support breast cancer research.

In Ceresole d’Alba, LadyChef Annamaria Tamasco will lead a series of practical lessons titled ‘Mangiare bene è una forma di cura’ (Eating well is a form of care). Running from October through December, these sessions aim to raise awareness about correct nutrition and caring for vulnerable individuals through food. The program is part of the BenEsserea Ceresole project, funded by Compagnia di San Paolo.
