Regional updates: Tour of Armenia results and Italian transit changes

Various regional transportation updates and sporting events are occurring across Italy and Armenia.

In Armenia, Michal Pomorski won the inaugural stage of the Tour of Armenia, traveling 135 kilometers from Gavar to Mets Masrik. Fletcher Medway secured the white jersey for best young rider.
