Como FC rewards Anastasios Duvikas and highlights Niko Paz

Italian club Como FC has secured the future of striker Anastasios Duvikas with a contract extension through June 2030. The Greek forward, who has scored eight goals in 11 appearances across all competitions this season, is expected to see his annual salary rise to approximately three million euros. Duvikas has been instrumental in recent performances, including scoring against Manchester United and securing a 2-0 victory over Sassuolo.

Simultaneously, Argentine midfielder Niko Paz is drawing significant international attention following his performance in Como's 4-1 win over Manchester United. Former Portugal and Belgium manager Roberto Martinez compared the 22-year-old to Diego Maradona, praising his composure and ability to carry the team. Paz, a former Real Madrid academy player, joined Como for a fee reported to be around 66 million euros, though Real Madrid reportedly retains a right of first refusal.
