Como football club revokes season tickets after three absences and bans rival colors

Como Football Club has introduced a strict subscription policy for the 2026‑27 season. Fans who miss more than three home matches without a valid, pre‑notified reason risk losing their season ticket and the right to renew it for the next season. The rule also forbids subscribers from wearing the colours, scarves or other symbols of rival teams in any sector of the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, except in the designated guest area.

Club president Mirwan Suwarso said the measures aim to curb secondary ticketing and ensure that seats are occupied by genuine Como supporters. With a stadium capacity of about 12,000 and demand far exceeding supply, the club wants to prevent tickets from being resold to fans of opposing teams. The policy has sparked debate among supporters, some of whom argue that work commitments make it hard to meet the attendance requirement.

The new rules are part of Como’s broader effort to protect its fan base as the team prepares for its first Champions League campaign under coach Cesc Fabregas.
