Como football club restricts guest fan access in stadium

President Mirwan Suwarso announced new ticket measures for the upcoming season, stressing that Como will prioritize its own supporters at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia. The policy limits the presence of guest fans in the tribune, requires season‑ticket holders to attend at least three league matches unless exceptional circumstances are approved, and aims to keep the stadium a “fortress” for Como supporters as the club prepares for its historic Champions League participation.

Regional councilor and Forza Italia member Sergio Gaddi criticised the restrictions, calling them an act of arrogance that could make the atmosphere “fake and plastified” and arguing that they undermine sportsmanship by barring rival supporters from the tribune.

The debate centers on balancing safety and club identity with inclusive fan culture ahead of a demanding domestic and European campaign.
