Extreme heat and humidity impacted the quarterfinals of the Como Lake Challenger. The tournament's last remaining seed, Brazil's Seyboth Wild, was forced to withdraw during the third set against Peru's Juan Pablo Varillas due to muscle cramps. Varillas secured the victory after a three-hour battle, having previously saved four match points in the second set.

Other notable results included Swiss player Johan Nikles reaching the semifinals after defeating Nedic, and Britain's Jay Clarke advancing by overcoming last year's finalist, Ajdukovic. In a matchup between young talents, Croatia's Matej Dodig defeated Germany's Max Schoenhaus in three sets.
