Como club president Mirwan Suwarso, speaking at the Serie A Festival in Parma, said the team's future in the Champions League remains uncertain, noting that "we will see together" how the club will compete. He reiterated that the destiny of young midfielder Nico Paz is still in the hands of Real Madrid, adding, "we are waiting" for any developments.

Suwarso also commented on the club's transfer ambitions, acknowledging that interest in players such as Davide Cambiaso and Federico Chiesa exists but their prices are above Como's budget. He emphasized that the club’s financial‑fair‑play (FFP) limits are aligned with its objectives and will not hinder its plans.
