Additionally, Andrés Blanco, the current General Secretary, will now also serve as the coordinator of the municipal cabinet. To streamline operations, the Secretariat of Cabinet Coordination will be integrated into the General Secretariat under Blanco's leadership.

Furthermore, the administration is creating a new Secretariat of Public Services and Concession Control, headed by lawyer Cintia Juárez. This new department will centralize the management and oversight of public transport, urban hygiene, and public utility networks. Macharashvili stated that these modifications aim to create a more agile and responsive administration without changing the overall direction of his management.
