Comodoro Rivadavia opens registration for free film production degree

The city of Comodoro Rivadavia has opened registration for the Integral Film Production degree for the 2027 academic cycle. This public and free three-year program is offered through a cooperation agreement between the Chubut Subsecretaría de Cultura, the Escuela Nacional de Experimentación y Realización Cinematográfica (ENERC), and Comodoro Conocimiento.

As the southernmost branch of ENERC in the country, the program aims to provide specialized audiovisual training to residents of Chubut and the Patagonia region without requiring relocation to larger urban centers. There are 12 vacancies available for the 2027 intake.

The admission process begins with a mandatory Virtual Course (CVO), with registration open until August 20 via the official ENERC platform. Successful candidates will proceed to an in-person exam on October 31, followed by a creative project phase and a final colloquium. The definitive results are expected to be announced on December 16.
