Compendium Living appoints Lisa Johnson as project manager

Compendium Living, a joint venture between Lovell Partnerships and the Riverside Group, has appointed Lisa Johnson as its new project manager. Johnson brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role, with a career background spanning housing management, repairs, and development.

In her new position, Johnson will support the delivery of large-scale housing-led regeneration schemes across the United Kingdom, including projects in the East Midlands and Yorkshire. Current major developments include the Castleward area in Derby, which is providing approximately 700 new homes and 35,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and The Leeway in the Ings area of east Hull, which is delivering over 700 new homes.
