Complejo Belgrano hosts integrated health and benefits operation

The Complejo Belgrano is hosting an integrated health and social benefits operation designed to assist elderly citizens. The initiative allows residents to manage state benefits, such as free transit tickets, while simultaneously accessing essential healthcare services on-site.

Public health teams are providing various preventative services, including vaccinations and blood pressure monitoring. The Autovac node is working to update immunization records, offering doses for influenza, pneumonia, hepatitis B, and tetanus. Additionally, the triple viral vaccine is available for individuals aged 18 to 56.

Sanitary agents from CAPS Matienzo are also conducting blood pressure screenings to detect hypertension. In cases of high readings, staff provide health recommendations and coordinate with the 107 emergency service if necessary. During the initial days of the operation, health workers reported monitoring approximately 200 people per day.
