Complexul Energetic Oltenia begins board member selection

Complexul Energetic Oltenia has launched a selection procedure to fill a vacant position on its Board of Directors. The mandate for the selected individual will run until April 12, 2028. The recruitment process is being managed by Pluri Consultants România S.R.L. in accordance with corporate governance regulations for public enterprises.

Candidates must meet several mandatory requirements, including a university degree in engineering, economics, social sciences, or law, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in management consultancy or leadership roles within public or private sectors. Applicants must also have no criminal record, no tax liabilities, and no recent history of dismissal from public or state-owned institutions.

Ion Petroniu, who is currently serving as an interim board member, is noted as a potential candidate who meets the necessary criteria, including specific experience in the energy sector and support from the Supervisory Board.
